Lendlease is an international group based in Sidney, Australia, operating in the infrastructure and development sector. 

Its new offices in Milan are located in the historical building projected by Giò Ponti in 1936, originally built to host the Montecatini Company. The project’s concept is standing on two key assets: Landlease’s ecological principles, and architect Giò Ponti’s characteristic geometrical linearity.

The characteristic element of the environment is a central bench in the middle of an open space, where two big team tables develop with a unique curvilinear course, for a lenght of over 16 meters. They are entirely wood-made, recreating the concept of a giant tree placed horizontally, a figurative link to Lendlease’s green values.
