GLA has been the Lead and Design architect for a new a “CAT A” Core & Shell office building . The building is featuring wide and flexible and efficient open plan footprints. It is a LEED Gold building featuring magnificent landscaped outdoor courtyards connected to the cafeteria. The façade is provided of sun shading devices which is making it very energy efficient and it has been recently awarded the ‘Use of the Colour in Architecture’ price. There is a parking facility as well as full access to public transportation.
