Cloud7, a brand of the Kerten Hospitality group, has decided to open its first European location in Rome. The historical building is in a strategic location, a stone’s throw from the city’s main attractions. The 37 differently sized rooms and common areas, arranged on different levels, draw inspiration from the “Last Judgment”, where the heavenly and earthly kingdoms are in contrast to each other.
Natural materials and warm-colored nuances characterize the rooftop and the Social Hub, the true core of the hotel, where guests can come together for breakfast, work, or art exhibitions.
Conversely, the rooms feature an ethereal, celestial appearance, with blue and bright shades so as to promote the guests’ relaxation and create a disconnection from the chaos of the city streets of downtown Rome.
The renovation of the property turned out to be quite complex as the intent was to totally overturn the layout of the hotel that had previously occupied the spaces, so as to increase the size of the rooms and enhance the quality of the environments.
