The compound is between the big green area of San Donato park, ex Fiat area, and some massive buildings (Palazzo di Giustizia, CR Headquarter, Findomestic Headquarter).
Two different types of facades characterize the project, but a unique architectural language links them. The park’s face is more open with various terraces and loggias, moving back from the ground floor to the upper floors. The green is an essential element; it’s exclusive for the residential not to increase the maintenance cost.
