The United States Vertical Farm took shape at Expo Milano 2015 where it showcased and promoted the country’s engagement towards a shift in the American culinary diet and cuisine: a more human and environmentally-friendly approach to the choice of organic, local, and healthy food.
The pavilion was characterized by a 90-meters long green façade, on which season’s greeneries will be grown using hydroponic cultivation.
In collaboration with Bieber Architects (NYC) GLA has delivered a design to ensure the most memorable experience possible at the Pavillon.
